Director of Finance and Human Resources

Eric Yap is the Director of Finance and HR. Eric grew up in the Bay Area and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science degree. After working for a few years, he continued his education at his alma mater and obtained an MBA. Eric has been working in the fields of Accounting, Finance and Management for over 30 years serving in various capacities. He has worked for a variety of organizations in many diverse industries such as manufacturing, distribution, logistics, retail, service and government. Eric has helped these organizations increase their revenues, grow market shares, and become more profitable while maintaining high quality standards and providing excellent service.

In addition to working full time, Eric Yap has over 20 years of teaching experience at universities and colleges throughout the Bay Area. He started his education career at California State University, East Bay. Since then, he has been an instructor for three community colleges, University of California Extension, and three private universities. He has enjoyed teaching courses to students majoring in Accounting, Finance and many other business-related subjects.
