Oak Pareja joins our Upper Elementary team this year in the Willow classroom. Oak graduated from Saint Mary's College of California with majors in English and Religious Studies. In 2018, Oak began working at VMS in our summer program and worked as a teacher's assistant at every level before joining our staff full time this year. As an VMS alum, Oak values the VMS community and the importance of relationship-centered education and is excited to begin a Montessori Elem II credential to add theoretical understanding to first hand practice.
