Parade, Performance & Potluck!

VMS families are invited to join us as we dress, sing and share food from various heritages celebrating our strong community and honoring its diversity. Many students, teachers and family members enjoy dressing in clothing from their own culture in celebration of their heritage, which adds to the beauty and tradition of this festive day.


The day begins at 9:15 with children from Primary through Middle School parading from the front of the school to the back park where they will give a 20 minute singing performance for their families that have gathered for the event. The children will return to their classes for a potluck meal with their families and classmates. See your classroom news for the class Sign Up Genius. Potlucks will end at 11:30am when students who are staying for the remainder of the day will return to their scheduled day. We hope you can join us!
