Dilnawaz Kapadia (Dil) has a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College, South Hadley, MA, and a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cell Biology from University of California at Berkeley, CA. She received her Montessori teaching credential in Early Childhood Education from the Montessori Institute of Advanced Studies in Castro Valley, CA. Dil is currently pursuing her Montessori Elementary Credential. She has been a classroom teacher since 2017 and started at VMS in 2020.
Dil is also the Assistant Director of the Montessori Institute of Advanced Studies in Castro Valley. She lives in Livermore with her husband and three daughters, all Montessori children. When she is not in the classroom, she loves to go on long walks on a beach or hiking with family.
