June is a member of our reading specialist team who works with students to improve their reading and spelling skills. June holds a B.A. in English and advanced certification in the Barton Reading and Spelling System. Before joining VMS in 2022, June tutored students for more than eight years, both in public schools and privately, using the Barton system. When not tutoring, June enjoys hiking, gardening, reading and experimenting with bread baking.
