Mary Ann Astrero received her A.A. in education from the College of San Mateo. Mary Ann came to VMS as a parent in 1999 overseeing the elementary after school childcare program and primary before school childcare. She has provided healthy snacks for all the toddler and primary classrooms, frequently making them herself with fresh organic ingredients from our school garden. This year, she continues her role as Childcare Coordinator for the Elementary and Middle School Childcare Program. In addition to cooking, Mary Ann enjoys crocheting and yoga.
