Shirley Reyes is a Toddler Teacher in the Poplar Classroom. She has a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. She studied Early Childhood Education at the University of the Philippines and has been working in this field since 1998. Upon moving to the US in 2006, she joined a Montessori school in Fremont. Shirley received her Montessori training from the San Francisco Bay Area Montessori Education Center and has been a Toddler Teacher for 17 years. She also served a few years as an Assistant Director and then a Site Director. She and her husband have three children and recently became grandparents.
